Mi Shop always makes sure to enhance your online shopping experience. Understanding the concerns and conditions of dissatisfaction, we crafted a fair and flexible refund policy. It ensures that you will confidently make every purchase to get the best response or support. The following are the outlined conditions to consider before making a refund request: 

Eligibility for Refunds

Under the following conditions, your order will be eligible for refunds: 

1. Damaged or Defective Products

When you are delivered with a damaged, defective or missing component product, we will accommodate you for a refund. 

To ensure transparency with every claim, we suggest you record an unboxing video when opening the parcel. Attach that video proof when submitting a refund claim. It will help process the request and ensure the claim’s validity.

2. Unavailable Product

If you have placed the order by paying online and the selected product becomes unavailable, we will either offer you a refund or an alternative product of the same category. You can take any of the given options to proceed.

3. Cancelled Order

Before shipment, our representative will give you a confirmation call. If you cancel the order on that call or prior to the shipment of your order, we will process a refund. 

However, if the order is shipped, we will accommodate a refund under the following conditions: 

Incorrect or Wrong Orders:

If you received the wrong product in the order. We encourage you to reach out to Mi Shop customer support within 24 hours, and we will process a refund. However, video evidence is mandatory.

Cases of No-Refund

At Mi Shop, we strive to enhance your experience with our products, services, and policies. However, we do not accommodate refund requests under certain conditions. 

  • To make a refund request, you must have an unboxing video proof. Lack of evidence does not qualify your refund or replacement request. 
  • Any refund requests made within 24 hours of the product delivery are not eligible for the refund. 
  • Any product which is tempered, damaged or used by the customer is not eligible for a refund.  

How to Process Refunds?

At Mi Shop, we have made the refund process simple and convenient. We process all refunds within the shortest possible time, following a simple process.  

1. File a Refund Request:

When you encounter an issue with your product or order, submit a refund request via email at sales@mishop.pk or call within 24 hours of receiving the product.

It is mandatory to mention your order number and provide a brief description of the issue, along with unboxing video evidence.

2. Review and Approval:

Once we receive a refund request, our team will review the order and delivery details and provide video proof. After careful investigation, the team will notify you about the approval or rejection status of the request within 5-7 business days. 

3. Refund Payment Methods:

After the refund request is approved, we process the refund amount to the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card) within 7-10 business days. 

We will confirm the band details for the COD orders so we can process the refund. 

4. Order Cancellation Refunds:

Eligible refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days. It’s essential that you cancel prior to shipment.  

Exchanges and Replacements

Apart from refunds, we offer our customers replacements or exchanges for faulty or defective products. We will ship the product after all approvals and confirmations if you agree to have the exchanges or replacements. 

It’s essential to provide proof of the unboxing video to claim replacement requests.

Can I get a refund without providing video proof?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your refund or replacement claim without an unboxing video. 

What is the deadline to submit a refund request?

You have to make a refund claim within 24 hours of delivery. 

How long does the Refund process take?

It normally takes 7-10 business days from evaluation to clearance of the refund or replacement claims. 

How will I receive my refund amount?

In the case of online payments, the amount will be transferred to your original payment method, either debit or credit card. However, for cash orders we will confirm your account and make a direct transfer.  

Is there any limited number of claims I can make?

No, you can submit a claim regarding any order or product which you find faulty, wrongly delivered, or have certain issues with. However, our quality assurance at Mi Shop never gives you a chance to be in a tough spot.
