Mi Shop is making online tech purchases smoother and safer for its users. We are having a clear and strict shipping and return policy. We partner with the reputed delivery service providers and make sure that all our customers will receive their orders safely in the shortest possible time.

Mi Shop is offering delivery to its customers all across Pakistan.
Delivery Schedule:
We have a particular schedule to make deliveries for our customer’s convenience:
- Our deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (09:00 – 19:00)
- On Sundays and public holidays, we do not make any deliveries
- We make sure to deliver orders within 2-5 business days (may vary during sale days).
However, there can be delays in delivery due to some unforeseen reasons that can be climates, emergencies, socio political conditions, incorrect address or recipient’s unavailability. Mi Shop is not responsible for any of these cases but prefers to notify customers about the delivery updates.
All customers are provided with an order tracking number, they can keep an eye on the order’s movement and expected time of delivery.
Receiving and Proof of Delivery:
Upon delivery, we require our customers to provide us with a confirmation of delivery. For the prepaid orders, customers have to provide identification and sign the receipt. On the other hand, for the Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers do not have to provide any identification but a receiving signature.
Package Unboxing Guidelines:
We make sure to package all the parcels properly to ensure that all products are safe for delivery. All the customers are encouraged to check the package’s condition when receiving. If they see any sign of tempering or damage, we encourage them not to accept the parcel. They can always ask for the replacement from the courier partner.
Unboxing Video Proof:
To keep our customers safe with their parcels and deliveries we encourage them to record a video when unboxing their parcel. This proof can be helpful to make the product eligible for a refund or replacement in case of damage or missing items.
Without video proof it’s not possible for a customer to claim a refund or replacement for the damaged products.
Refund and Replacement Policy:
For any damaged, or incomplete parcel Mi Shop is accommodating a refund and replacement policy. We make sure to accommodate you with the claims within the shortest possible time. customers have to make a claim within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof.

Address Modification:
Once the customer placed an order and provided the address, it cannot be modified. However, the customer can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct information.
For digitally paid orders, the refunds will be made according to the refund policy.
Misdelivered Package:
In case of missed or wrongly delivered parcels, we encourage customers to reach out to our customer service for assistance.
