Shipping & Cancellation Policy
The shipment and cancellation policy outlined below defines the terms of delivery and processes of cancellations before or on delivery. Mi Shop outlines these conditions to help customers have a clear idea about the processes and act accordingly at the time of need.
Delivery Locations
Mi Shop delivers all across Pakistan. We are partnered with the leading delivery and courier services providers in the country. It makes our access and reach to all the areas across the country possible.
Delivery Timings
At Mi Shop, we observe the delivery timing of 9:00AM to 5:00PM. All deliveries are made during these working hours before confirming on call. We do not make any deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.
Delivery Duration
Once we receive an order, our team processes its confirmation, and packaging right then and there. Normally, it takes 2-5 business days to deliver an order based on the location. However, during the sale days, the delivery duration can vary.
Also, we make sure to deliver all the orders right in time, but due to certain uncertainties or uncontrollable conditions like weather conditions, socio political conditions or crisis, there can be a delay in orders. We are not responsible for these factors. However, our team always informs customers about the possible delays, their reasons and expected delivery time.
Receiving the Order
When a customer is receiving an order, it’s essential to process the identification in case of a paid order. Customer has to verify the identity and sign a receipt as well. However, for the COD orders, there is no need to provide identification. Just signing the receipt is enough.
However, when receiving the parcel, make sure to check the following things:
- The package is well packed and do not have any signs of damage or opening
- It must have a valid and legitimate receipt printed and enclosed
- The details of parcel on the receipt matches to your order details
- If the parcel is damaged or tempered, or you are not satisfied with the parcel’s condition, do not accept it. Send it back through the courier service immediately mentioning your potential issue with the delivery.
Opening the Package
After receiving the order, you can read the instructions on the package clearly to check the parcel and record an opening video. It is essential for you to have the video evidence in order to make any claim about damaged, or incomplete order. Using that video, you can connect with us and present your concerns.
Without video evidence we cannot process your refund, return, or exchange requests. If you have concerns with the shipment, make sure to connect with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Later than that we cannot do anything else.
Address Confirmation & Modification
- Once you place the order, the details cannot be changed at all. however, you can opt for the immediate cancellation and then re-place the order with accurate information.
- Make sure you are making cancellation immediately or before your order status is showing shipped. Once shipped, it’s not possible to cancel the order.
- For any pre-paid cancelled order, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. You will get the payment in your original account.
- Always make sure to enter your correct details and pay attention to the possible mistakes.

Yes, Pre- orders can be cancelled but unfortunately you cannot claim for a refund or adjustment for the advance payments. We do not have any policy for the refunds on pre-book deposits.
